Or maybe this is your first time here {WELCOME!} and now you know that mason jar gifts are one of my ‘things’. But they are. Little yellow chick mason jar gifts. Lemon drop mason jar gifts. Valentine candy corn mason jar gifts. Even BBQ sauce. I guess I must have issued myself a challenge to come up with an easy, inexpensive but super cute mason jar gift for every season and occasion. Well, self, challenge accepted! Case in point?
Holiday Merri-Mint Mason Jar Gift
Get it? Holiday merriment = holiday merri-mint? I mean, so cheesy cute, right? I am a sucker for a sweet little pun. And those jelly candy canes. Candy game changer, folks.
Supplies

- Mason Jar
- Peppermint candy – I used these fun jelly candy canes
- Gold striped washi tape
and red/white polka dot washi tape
- Gold & white and red & white bakers twine
- Kraft card stock
- 2-inch scallop circle paper punch
- alphabet stamps
- ink pad
and 
The How-To
- Wash and dry a mason jar – I found an awesome red mason jar at Michael’s recently.
- Fill the jar with your peppermint candy.
- Wrap the jar ring with gold washi tape.
- Punch a scalloped circle out of the kraft card stock.
- Using the alphabet stamps and ink pad, stamp for holiday merri-mint.
- Use the gold & white and red & white bakers twine to make a loop for the tag.
- Attach the tag to the top of the jar lid with the polka dot washi tape.
